基于跨境电子商务的跨境物流研究 课题：基于跨境电子商务的跨境物流研究 学院：经济与金融学院 学生：11国经3班 陈雷 学号：1124113005 导师：刘 珊 摘 要 随着经济全球化的发展，新经济、网络经济为代表的电子商务的出现，更多的物流企业开展国际物流，是国际物流在整个商务活动中具有举足轻重的作用。新技术以及金融、运输等行业中管制的逐渐解除，促进者物流国际化的发展，物流活动的全球化日益加深。我国国际物流量和对外贸易是同步增长的，均超过了同期国民总量的增长速度。国际贸易的顺利进行，要求以有效的国际物流作为保证和支持。本文首先分析了电子商务和跨境物流的发展现状，着重介绍了国内跨境物流的发展现状、跨境物流的特点、电子商务物流的管理特点和当前的跨境物流模式；分析??的当代跨境物流的发展趋势。研究分析了影响我国跨境物流发展的三大因素：起步晚，发展滞后、跨境物流业经营管理低效、不重视高知识附加值的人力资源培养。再根据，当今跨进物流的发展趋势、特点和电子商务物流的管理特点等因素，提出了相应的建议：整合产业链，促进物流相关行业协调发展、改进顾客评价体系，注重顾客建议、提高物流服务的水平、建立综合性的物流服务体系、加强国际物流人才的教育培训。 关键词：电子商务 跨境物流 跨境电商平台 综合性物流服务 Abstract With the development of economic globalization, new economy, network economy emergence of electronic commerce representatives, more logistics enterprises to develop international logistics, international logistics plays an important role in the business activities.
