辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 39页 基于PLC的电梯控制系统设计 摘要 随着现代城市经济建设的飞速发展，我国现有的科技水平已经有了很大的进步， 自动化控制的技术水平也有了显著的提高。随着城市现代化水平的提高，高层建筑逐渐取代矮层建筑，电梯的作用越来越大，成为了人们必不可少的代步工具。电梯作为高层建筑运装置，具有速度快、安全性高、操作简单等优点。传统的电梯控制系统采用的是继电器接触控制方式，这种控制系统存在故障率高、维护不方便、耗能比较大、编程繁琐，运行寿命短，占地空间大等缺点。随着科技逐步发展，人们也越来越重视电梯的控制水平，这种控制方式也将要被淘汰。本篇文章将可编程序控制器（PLC）应用于电梯控制系统中，这种方法有着安全稳定、易维护、易编程、抗干扰性强等特点，缩短了电梯的调试周期，降低了电梯能源的损耗。 关键词：PLC；电梯系统；STEP7；S7-300 The Elevator Control System Based on PLC Design ABSTRACT With the rapid development of modern urban economic construction, our country existing technology has had the very big progress, automatic control technology has improved significantly. With the improvement of city modernization level,high-rise building gradually replace low layer building, the role of the elevator is more and more big, has become the people indispensable instead of walking tool. The elevator as tall buildings device, with high speed, high safety, simple operation, etc. Traditional elevator control system USES the relay contact control mode, this kind of control system for high failure rate, convenient maintenance and energy consumption is larger, program trival, short operating life, covers an area of space is large and other defects. With the development of science and technology step by step, people also pay more and more attention to the elevator control level, this kind of control method will be eliminated.This paper, programmable controller (PLC) was applied to the elevator control system, this method has a safe and stable, easy maintenance, easy programming, strong anti-interference characteristics, shorten the debugging of the lift cycle, reduce the elevator energy consumption.
