辽宁石油化工大学职业技术学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE  PAGE IV 煤矿事故频发分析与预防措施 摘 要 煤炭企业的发展状况直接关系着国民经济的发展，而在煤矿企业正常生产过程中，总会出现伴随而生的各种自然灾害，造成工作人员的伤亡，矿井设施，设备的损坏，对煤矿企业造成巨大的经济损失，严重的影响了煤炭企业正常的生产运营。科学化、规范化的军事管理模式正在我国各大煤矿逐渐展开，运用安全工程、安全管理学等知识去分析和解决煤矿安全生产过程中的各种难题的方法也在广泛的被推广。 本文在理论上和应用上对煤矿频发的事故和实行军事化管理分别进行了必要的分析与论证。主要内容包括：煤矿安全生产过程中危险源的辨识、煤矿瓦斯事故的分析及预防措施和科学化、规范化的管理与生产模式的应用等相关知识。通过分析论证和实际生产的验证，在煤矿重，科学化、规范化的管理与生产模式可以有效的降低煤矿事故发生的概率，确保煤矿企业能正常的运营。 本文的理论观点，经过实际生产的验证，取得了可观的效果。 关键词： 事故；危险源辨识；管理模式 Abstract Development of coal enterprise is directly related with the development of the national econ -omy, And in the process of normal production of coal mining enterprises, Born there is always ac-companied by all sorts of natural disasters, cause personnel casualties, minefacilities, equipment damage, cause huge economic losses to coal mining enterprises, seriously affected the normal pro-duction operation of coal enterprise. Scientization and standardization of military management mo-de is unfolding the major coal mine in our country, use of safety engineering, safety management knowledge to analyze and solve various ，Problems in the course of coal mine safety production methods are also widely promoted. This article in theory and application of frequent coal mine accidents and the militarization management respectively made the necessary analysis and argument. Main contents include: haz-ard identification, in the process of coal mine safety production of coal mine gas accident analysis and prevention measures and the application of scientific and standardized management and prod-uction mode and related knowledge. Through analysis and validation of the actual production in coal mines, scientific and standardized production and management mode can effectively reduce the probability of coal mine accidents, ensure the coal mine enterprise can normal operation.
