PAGE 44  PAGE I 编号 2352482 河南机电高等专科学校 毕业设计（论文） 自动化流水线控制系统之机械手 系 部: 自动控制 专 业: 电气自动化 班 级: 112班 姓 名: 张璐燕 学 号: 111415232 指导老师: 宋守云 二零一四年四月摘要 摘 要 现代化的自动生产设备，即自动化流水线控制系统的最大特点是它的综合性和系统性。机械手是自动化流水线控制系统中传统的任务执行机构，是机器人的关键部件之一。 本文中机械手涉及到8个动作过程，我们将通过各种编程软件操作简单方便，而且可通过和计算机的通信实时的对工作程序进行模拟调试和修改，械手是自动化流水线控制系统的一部分，是机电一体化的结合，为了使工业机械手的操作自动化程度提高，机械手可人机界面控制，通过触摸屏的来对机械手的运功过程进行操作，人机界面能更加直观方便的对机械手的运动过程进行控制和实时监控，使用PLC编程控制器和人机界面一起对工业机械手的运动过程进行控制。 本文介绍的机械手是主要由PLC控制，通过交流电机的正反转来控制机械手手爪的张合，从而实现机械手精确运动的功能。本课题机械手可在空间抓、放、搬运物体，动作灵活多样，适用于可变换生产品种的中、小批量自动化流水线生产，广泛应用于柔性自动线，动作灵活多样。机械手一般由耐高温，抗腐蚀的材料制成，以适应现场恶劣的环境，可代替人工在高温和危险的作业区进行作业，并可根据工件的变化及运动流程的要求，随时更改相关参数。大大降低了工人的劳动强度，提高了工作效率。 关键词：机械手；PLC；人机界面；触摸屏；自动化流水线控制系统 Abstract Abstract Abstract ABSTRACT Modern automatic production equipment, automated assembly line control system is the biggest characteristic of its comprehensive and systemic. This article manipulator involving eight action process, we will through a variety of programming software, simple and convenient operation, and can through the communication and computer real-time simulated debugging and modification to the work program, both hands is part of the automatic production line control system, is the combination of mechanical and electrical integration, in order to make the operation of the industrial manipulator to improve degree of automation, manipulator can man-machine interface control, through the touch screen to work progress of the manipulator, man-machine interface can be more intuitive and convenient for the process of movement of manipulator control and real-time monitoring, using PLC programming controller with man-machine interface to control the motion process of industrial manipulator.
