河南科技大学毕业设计说明书 PAGE  老年人用概念洗衣机设计 摘 要 本课题依据市场调查和国内外相关刊物的信息，对洗衣机行业的发展状况进行了分析。重点分析了洗衣机在造型、技术和老年人使用方面的发展状况，并对洗衣机未来技术发展趋势进行了研判。 本设计运用了人机原理，对老年人的生理、心理作了科学的判断，并针对老年人的特点，对洗衣机的功能和造型作了较大创新，特别是在功能上的改变，突破了传统的思维模式。技术方面参考了最新洗衣机设计思想，把电解原理应用到洗衣机的工作过程，起到了节水、减污作用。同时，为了容易辨别和操作，在控制面板上也有显著变化，把显示装置和操纵装置减少到最少。色彩方面也有所改进，由传统的白色改变成带有木质花纹衣柜的颜色，这会令人更有亲切和稳重感。从总体造型来说，本设计的最大特点就是结构简单，外形朴实。 本课题围绕老年人用概念洗衣机设计展开，主要内容包括设计定位、草图构思、效果图的绘制、动画的制作、工程图的绘制与展板的制作等，详细地介绍了设计的全过程。 关键词：发展趋势，人机原理，思维模式，控制面板 THE CONCEPT WASHING MACHINE DESIGN FOR THE ORDERS ABSTRACT The paper was based on market surveys and the basic information of the domestic and international related publications， then made an analysis for the development of washing machines，and it had an important analysis in the shape of technology and development of the elderly’s use. Meanwhile， made a judgment for development trend of washing machines on the future. The use of man-machine design principles made a scientific judgment based on the elderly’s physiological and psychological features. Against the characteristics of older persons， there was a larger innovation on the washing machine modeling and structure， particularly in the functional change， breaking the traditional mode of thinking. Meanwhile， the control panel has changed significantly， and display devices and manipulation devices reduced to a minimum， it is also aimed at identifying and easy operation. Colors and materials had also been improved， and made the traditional white into patterns with wooden wardrobe colors.This will cause more cordial and Prudent flu. In short， the biggest feature of the design of the structure is simple， simple shape. The subject described the whole process of the design around the design of washing machine for older persons， includes design orientation， the draft concept， the effect of drawing the map， animation production， engineering the drawing boards and the production.
