But many within the company, the Organizations incentive system is not perfect, spiritual encouragement and solicitude of serious omission, career development path is not clear, resulting in poor motivation of key employees and mediocre performance. So, how can we, through the magic of key employee incentive mechanism to strengthen the management of key employees to become top priority for every company. Based on employee motivation according to the theory, against the core of a talent exhibition, Shijiazhuang employee incentive system, analysis of the companys core staff incentive problems in the management, design optimization programs, talent exhibition, Shijiazhuang is designed to help retain key employees of the company, reducing the loss of key personnel losses to the enterprise, improve effectiveness.
