论文原创性保证书 我保证所提交的论文都是自己独立完成，如有抄袭、剽窃、雷同等现象，愿承担相应后果，接受学校的处理。 专业： 生物医学工程 班级： 2009级1班 签名： 年 月 日 泰山医学院本科毕业设计(论文) 泰山医学院本科毕业设计(论文) 摘要 随着医院信息化进程的深入与发展,医院信息系统的开发与应用正逐渐成为行业的热点。本文主要研究了按照当前国内医院信息化的需要,采用SQL Server数据库系统,开发基于Web的电子病历管理系统,研究SQL Server在电子病历管理系统中的应用。 电子病历(EMR)管理系统是医院用于病历管理的计算机应用程序。该系统主要实现按科室对病历进行录入，查阅，管理以及存储等功能。在执行中,还要完成对操作人员权限的认证工作，具有不同权限的用户,可以执行不同的操作,例如,专家级用户可以发表专家意见等。为了适应医疗机构内部科室经常变动的实际情况,系统还实现了内部结构的可调整性,大大增加了系统的实用性，为了向用户提供更全面的信息,设计了用户留言，资源共享等栏目，为了诊断和科研的方便,系统在很多板块中都提供了查询和排序功能。 本文从医院信息系统以及病历管理的现状谈起,论述了课题的研究意义并提出了本文的方案，按照课题进展的过程,首先对系统的开发环境进行了介绍;接着介绍了基于SQL Server系统数据库设计的全过程;最后,总结了系统的优点及不足之处,对系统技术上的发展进行了展望。 关键词:电子病历；数据库；系统；SQL Server ABSTRACT Along with the development of the information- based Progress of hospital, the development and applications of the hospital information system are gradually becoming hot point in the trade. According to the demand of information-based work about internal hospital, we combined SQL Server database system with VS.NET2003 to develop the electronics Medical Records management system based on Web. We design and carry out basic function of the electronics Medical Records management system under the browser/server mode. The Electronics Medical Records (EMR) management system is the computer application program to manage medical records by hospitals. The main functions of system are inputting, consulting, managing and memorizing the medical records by section office. While executing, the authentication to operator must be finished. Users who have different permissions can carry out different operation. For example, the expert can announce his opinion. In order to adapt the fluctuant fact of the section office, the Inner structure of system can be adjusted. Therefore systems practicability is greatly increased.
