摘 要 随着国民经济持续多年的高速发展，尤其是国家对基础设施建设投入的逐年加大，使得载重汽车的生产在今年来呈现了爆发式发展，而改善载重车平顺性的研究也越来越受到重视。平顺性是影响乘员舒适性和运输货物完好最重要的因素，波及到载重车的动力性和经济性。 本文针对一款国产F21型平衡悬架三轴载重车，主要通过ANSYS软件对载重车进行模态分析计算来研究其平顺性。对该车进行了简化，根据振动力学多自由度系统的理论分析，通过软件建立F21型载重车的多自由度系统的振动模型，在频率域内对模型了进行了模态分析的求解，得到5阶固有频率和5阶振型图，对各阶振型图进了对比分析，为以后改善平顺性的研究打下了基础。 关键词：平顺性；模态分析；多自由度；固有频率；振型；  Title：Study on Modal Analysis of F21 Heavy Trucks Abstract: With for several years the rapid development of national economy, especially the state of infrastructure spending increased year by year, make the truck production in the year to render the explosive development, and improve the truck comfort research is becoming more and more attention. Comfort is affected occupant comfort and transport the goods in good condition, the most important factors affected to the truck performance and fuel economy. In this paper a model of F21 balance suspension three-axis truck, mainly through the ANSYS software was carried out on the truck modal analysis and calculation to study its comfort. To simplify the vehicle, according to the theory of vibration mechanics of multi degree of freedom system analysis, through the software build F21 type truck vibration model of five degrees of freedom system, the frequency domain model for the solution of the modal analysis, get 5 order natural frequency and mode shapes model figure, for each order into the modal analysis, laid the foundation for later work to improve the ride comfort.
