Abstract 河北联合大学轻工学院 QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 设计（论文）题目：年产250万吨1810热带车间设计 学生姓名： 学 号： 专业班级： 学 部：材料化工部 指导教师： 2012年05月21日 Abstract 摘 要  PAGE 94 PAGE I 摘 要 本次设计结合唐钢1700mm、本钢1700mm、宝钢1580mm、鞍钢1780mm热轧生产线设计一座年产300万吨1810热带车间。内容主要包括：建厂分析、产品大纲、主要设备选择布置、压下规程设计、力能校核与电机负荷验算、板型控制设计、辅助设备选择等。产品规格：板厚为1.6～18mm，板宽度范围为900～1500 mm。 本设计粗轧机组选用两架独立的可逆轧机，两架均为四辊可逆轧机，不但解决了粗轧轧制时间过长、与精轧机不匹配的问题，还能保证中间坯厚度及凸度的稳定性。精轧选用7机架连轧，前四架采用板型控制良好的CVC技术。全线采用许多新技术来保证稳定生产。产品在质量、精度等各方面要求居于先进水平。 另外该设计附有车间平面布置图，以供参考。 关键词: 双架可逆粗轧；步进式加热炉；热卷取箱；CVC轧机 ABSTRACT The task of the design in accordance with Tang steel 1700mm，Ben steel 1700mm，Bao steel 1580mm，and An steel 1780mm hot rolling production line ,is an annual output of 3.0 million tons of tropical workshop 1810. It mainly include: construction analysis, product outline, major equipment selection, the profile control and design,the selection of auxiliary equipment. The production specifications: thickness of 1.6~ 18 mm, wide-range of 900 ~ 1600 mm. In the design, the rough mills use two independent reversible mill.The two rough rolls are four-high reversible rolls completing 6 pass rough.It not only solved the problem that the time of the rough rollingis too long and the Finishing mill does not match with rough mill , but also ensure stability of the middle billet thickness and the crown. The 7 stand continuous rolling is used in the finishing mill, the former four stand using good crown control of the CVC technology. All adopts many new technologies to ensure stable production. In quality, precision, and other aspects, the production occupied the advanced level. Another workshop design layout map is attached for reference.
