大连海事大学┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊┊┊┊线┊┊┊┊┊┊┊毕业论文　　　二○一二年六月同城快递企业配送线路优化研究专业班级：物流管理5班姓名：王舒展指导教师：郑红星交通运输管理学院摘要随着我国快递企业的迅速发展及经济发展水平的不断提高，快递企业递送快件的范围在逐步的扩大，当前的快件范围已经不局限于传统意义上的快件和包裹，越来越多的高附加值物品、重要文件等都已成为快递企业的业务范围。由于快件的经济价值不断提高，人们对快件的时效性和安全性的要求越来越高，客户宁愿多支付一些快递费，以选择时效性和安全性较高的快递公司。同城快递业务是指同一个城市区域内互寄的特快专递邮件业务。同城快递业务坚持特快专递的“特、快、专”的特性，采用特殊服务方式、专门作业组织、确保邮件以最快速度传递，及时准确投交收件人。快递服务的运输路线涉及到快递市场需求、快递行业竞争等多方面的内容。本文通过对我国快递市场模型现存能问题进行分析。以目前快递业务量为依据，利用需求预测模型，预测出快递市场的需求。讨论了同城快递路径优化，确定了快递企业服务配送线路的选择方案，在快递服务网点确立基础上，利用最小里程法求出最短路径。最后给出实例，验证了同城快递企业配送线路优化方案可行性。关键词：同城快递；配送线路；运输网络；优化模型ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of Chinas express and the raising level of economic development, the scope of express delivery expands gradually. Currently, the scope of express delivery has not limited the traditional mail and parcel，more and more high-value items, important documents have become business scope of express delivery. Since the raising economic value of express delivery products，peoples demand for the timeless and safety of express are increasing. They would rather pay more cost to choose a better express company in timeless and safety. Using passenger aircraft belly hold to transport mail has been far below the needs of the customer. Therefore, Chinas private express giants began to lease and purchase all-cargo aircraft，they set up own air cargo company and gradually transform to the air express companies. Air transport network is the basis of airline operations，air cargo companies of express also need to design a reasonable air transportation network to take advantage of cargo resources.The city express business is meant to the mutual sending express delivery service in the areas of the same city.
