摘要 摘 要 如今,民办高等教育已是我国高等教育体系中举足轻重、不可或缺的力量。 近年来,江西省民办高等教育办学和发展成就有目共睹,改革创新成效明显。 但是,仍然存在制约发展的“桎梏”和“瓶颈”,需要多方着力寻求深层次、实质性 突破。其中,教师作为民办高校的有生力量和人力资源,对于民办高等教育发 展具有重要影响,而“胜任力”是发挥教师作用、推动发展的关键性因素。因此, 对“胜任力”开展研究,能为民办高等教育发展提供动力和支持。 本论文从民办高校人力资源现状、教师素质能力等角度,探索和研究适合 江西省民办高校的教师胜任力模型,能够套用不同学科、年级和岗位教师,真 正运用到人力资源管理和教师素质能力提高当中,努力形成教师与岗位相匹配 的“双赢”局面。 为此,本文运用科学的方式、精确的方法对民办高校教师的胜 任力开展衡量和研究,相信在教育体制改革和相关扶持政策的促进下,能进一 步改善民办高等教育的内外环境,进一步提高民办高校的教学水平和管理层次, 进一步加快推动民办高等教育更好更快发展。所以,本论文采用文献法、事件 访谈法、问卷调查法等,对民办高校教师胜任力开展研究,探索民办高校教师 胜任力模型构建,并从政府、高校、教师层面给出江西省民办高校培养教师胜 任力的建议和对策。 关键词:民办高校;教师胜任力;对策 I 万方数据 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Today, private higher education has been pivotal in Chinas higher education system, an integral part of power. In recent years, the private higher education schools in jiangxi province and development achievements acknowledged, there has been marked progress in reform and innovation. However, there are still restricting the development of yoke and the bottleneck, need to strive to seek the deep level and substantive breakthrough. Among them, the teacher as the effectives of private colleges and universities, and human resources, has important influence to the development of private higher education, and competency is the key factor play a role of teachers, promote the development. Therefore, the competency research, provide power for private higher education development and support. This thesis from the perspectives of human resources present situation, the aspects such as teachers quality and ability, to explore and research the teacher competency model for private colleges in jiangxi province, teachers can apply different disciplines, grade, and post, actually applied to human resource management and the ability to improve the quality of teachers, trying to form a win-win situation of teachers and post match.
