废旧汽车回收物流中零部件再利用的收益优化研究 4．介绍以汽车制造业为核心企业，基于供应链理论，联合汽车分销商及 零售商、第三方物流企业和专业的汽车回收企业开展废旧汽车及其零部件的 联合回收模式。比较分析了传统的汽车回收模式与基于多方合作的联合回收 模式的区别；着重分析了构建联合回收模式的供应链依据；在共赢供应链理 论的指导下，用模型重点分析联合回收模式的优势，并在此基础上分析联合 回收模式下废旧汽车的收益优化。 本文的主要创新之处主要体现在三个方面： 一是将循环经济、回收物流、汽车再制造三个理念融合到一起，把先进 的循环经济理念运用到汽车再利用工程中，并结合较为成熟的回收物流进行 讨论，提出汽车供应链多方参与，共同开展废旧汽车的联合回收物流模式。 二是运用成本一收益模型，对传统的回收模式和供应链上多方参与开展 联合回收的模式进行比较分析，得出联合回收物流模式的优势。并在共赢供 应链的理论支持下，分析了联合回收模式下对废旧汽车零部件再利用的收益 优化。 三是提出从法律体系，产业政策和科技政策三个方面共同作用，建立我 国废旧汽车零部件再利用的信任机制。规范汽车零部件再利用的标准和质量 认证，消除消费者对使用翻新零部件的后顾之忧，真正使循环经济的理念深 入人心，并使废旧汽车再利用产品得以推广和发展。这点正是阻碍我国废旧 汽车再利用的关键症结所在之一。 关键词：废旧汽车；回收物流；再利用；消费者响应；经济性分析；联合回 收模式；收益优化分析； 2 Abstract As the extensive application of the theory of recycling economy in the society， as well as the improving of supply chain management theory and environmental protection regulations。recycling logistic and reusing gains more and more people’s arention． This paper is going to research the recycling logistic of the automotive industry under the background that resources are shorting day-by-day competition is steel)day-by-day,the paper is to analyze how to reuse the parts of the used autos as well． The paper is to emphasis on the efficiency of used autos，mainly emphasis on the benefit optimization of reusing the used autos．The paper will include four parts．they眦as follows： 1．Introductions．It is to analyze the background of the reusing．It is to state the reusing industry from both external and home sides．And brief the main contents and the creations of the paper． 2．The solution to solve the problems of the home auto reusing industry．It is to analyze the problems，and propose the solution from three sides．including law system,policy of auto industry and technology policy,so that we could build a lruat system of the auto reusing system,and consumers will trust and use the reused auto spares．It is to put forward the way to solve and improve the gains from reusing the used cars，that is joint recycling logistic model． hl血伽uce a successful example of Ji
