浅谈体育对残疾人的论述 琼台师范08中招体育 韦雷蕾 摘要：残疾人体育的定义各有不同，但可以概括为：个体在生理、肢体等方面有功能障碍，通过参加体育锻炼，改善身体机能的体育活动。残疾人竞技体育以挖掘残疾人体能潜力，表现其特殊体育才华，创造优异成绩为国争光为目的；通过自强不息，顽强拼搏来实现平等、参与与共享的社会目标。 在对我国残疾人生活状况的现状调查中，有89%的残疾人认为体育活动和锻炼使他们对自己的身体能力知觉有比较大的提高；83.1％的人认为体育锻炼使他们的心理产生了一定的变化；90.4％的人认为活动后与活动前相比，自信心有所提高。因此，体育运动不论作为一种业余的锻炼方式，还是一种专门从事的职业，对残疾人的身心健康发展都有很大的帮助和促进作用。本研究就英国医学杂志《The Lancet》的一篇论文《The Lancet: Suicide rates in China， 1995–99》、凤凰卫视中文台“社会能见度”栏目播出题为《残疾人生活调查》节目和残疾人心理健康服务体系的构建及实践研究浅谈体育对残疾人影响的综述。 关键词：生理 残疾人体育 比赛 身心健康 自信心 综述 Summary：Definition of sports for the disabled are different, but can be summarized as: individual dysfunction in physiological, physical aspects, by taking part in physical exercise, improve body function of sports activities. Disabled sports to mining the physical energy potential, the special sports talent, create the good performance to win glory for the country for the purpose of; through the unremitting self-improvement, tenacious struggle to achieve equality, participation and sharing social objectives. In the present situation investigation to the living condition of the disabled people in China, there are 89% disabled people think that physical activity and exercise so that they have a larger increase in their physical ability; 83.1% of the people think that physical exercise to make their psychological produced certain change; 90.4% of the people think that compared with before the event activities, self-confidence has to improve the. Therefore, whether as an amateur sports exercise, or a specialized occupation, the development of physical and mental health are of great help and promote.
