毕业设计(论文) 上海中远物流有限公司竞争对策分析 The Research Of Competitive Strategy Of China COSCO Logistics Limited Company (Shanghai) 摘 要 随着中国物流市场的进一步开放,这块巨大的蛋糕成功吸引了诸多知名物流企业。不仅国内的物流公司,就连外资物流巨头也都纷纷把中国看成是他们的主攻市场,加大市场争夺。竞争的压力要求我国的物流企业快速成长,尽快与国际市场接轨,与同行保持一致或领先水平,以利于不败之地。 本文以上海中远物流有限公司(以下简称上海中远物流)为研究对象,首先分析了其目前的业务运作情况和公司组织机构,然后选取国内大型物流企业——中外运华东有限公司(以下简称中外运)和已进驻中国市场且发展具有一定规模的部分国外物流企业——马士基物流、日邮物流(中国)有限公司以及美国联合包裹UPS作为对比对象,结合公司发展现状,利用比较分析法针对品牌经营、物流信息技术利用、人才培养、客户关系管理和绿色供应链的实施这五个方面将上述公司同上海中远物流进行了比较。在此基础上,利用SWOT分析矩阵概括出公司目前存在的优劣势、机遇和挑战。最后,结合对比结果,提出了几点参考性的竞争策略。 关键词: 中远物流; 竞争对策; 客户关系管理; 货代管理信息技术 ABSTRACT With the opening of Chinese logistic market, this large cake has successfully attracted many famous logistics enterprises. Not only domestic logistic companies but also some foreign logistic giants have regarded China as their major market. Competitive pressures require our logistics enterprises to grow as fast as possible, and to connect with the international market, maintain our strength to get success in this heavy competition. In this article, the writer chooses COSCO Logistic Limited Company (Shanghai) to study, first analyze its business operation and the structure of its organizations, and then selects one domestic large logistics enterprise------Sinotrans Eastern Company Limited and overseas logistics enterprises which have entered Chinese market and development of a certain scale------MAERSK ,NYK LOGISTICS and UPS as companies to be compared, combine the development strategies of COSCO Logistic Limited Company (Shanghai), using comparative analysis the differences between them at five aspects below: the brand management, the use of information technology and talent training, customer relationship management and green supply. According to the comparison, take use of the SWOT analysis matrix to sum up the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company.
