摘 要 钢铁冶金在我国的基础工业中是最重要的行业之一，但同时也属于高能耗的行业。因此，钢铁冶金行业成为了我国节能减排的重点行业，并且增强对资源的综合利用和实施节能减排有利于提高我国钢铁冶金行业的经济效益，实现可持续发展。本论文从分析我国钢铁冶金行业余热利用的现状入手，认为我国钢铁冶金行业余热利用方面存在钢铁冶金高温余热与低温余热的利用率不相协调、钢铁冶金余热利用的水平差距较大且设备陈旧、钢铁冶金余热利用的领域十分狭窄等方面的问题，认为应该通过加大引进高端人才和综合性技术人员的力度、加大技术设备的扶持力度并及时更新设备、大力扩展钢铁冶金余热的应用领域等措施的实施，不断提高我国钢铁冶金余热的利用效率，实现节能减排的目标，实现经济与环境的可持续发展，从而实现真正的双赢局面。 关键词：钢铁冶金；余热利用；对策 Abstract Iron in the metallurgical industry in our countrys basic industries is one of the most important industries, but also belong to a high energy consumption industries, is a large energy consumption of six major industries in our country. Therefore, iron and steel metallurgy industries has become the key industries of energy conservation and emission reduction in our country, and enhance the comprehensive utilization of resources and implement energy conservation and emissions reduction to improve the economic benefits of iron and steel metallurgical industry in our country, realize sustainable development. This paper from the analysis of the status quo of Chinas iron and steel metallurgy industry waste heat utilization, think that Chinas iron and steel metallurgy industry waste heat utilization in iron and steel metallurgy high temperature waste heat and low temperature waste heat utilization is not coordinated, iron and steel metallurgical waste heat utilization level gap is larger and outdated equipment, steel metallurgical waste heat utilization field is very narrow, etc, that should be more efforts to introduce talents and comprehensive technical personnel, strengthening the support of technical equipment and update equipment, vigorously expand the application areas of iron and steel metallurgical waste heat, the implementation of the measures such as improving Chinas iron and steel metallurgical waste heat utilization efficiency, realize the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction, realize the sustainable development of economy and environment, so as to realize the real win-win situation.
