航运上市公司效率分析 摘 要：海运业伴随着全球贸易的发生进行着，海洋运输为世界本不合理的资源分配重新进行调整，实现了资源优化合理的分配及高效利用，为世界经济的发展起着无可替代的作用。 航运业作为世界贸易的衍生产业，受到世界经济波动的影响。2008年金融危机的发生，导致全球的经济快速下跌，海运业也遭遇了重创。航运上市公司作为海运的主体，我们应该对其进行效率分析探索，深入了解其运营，对海运业的发展及世界经济的恢复具有深远的意义。 本文第二章通过分析当前我国航运业自身发展的优势，以及当前面临的威胁，最后查阅资料对我国航运业做现状分析，为后文进一步对航运上市公司做效率分析做准备；第三章对数据包络分析法（DEA）模型的原理做介绍，分析选取指标的原理，通过综合考虑选取出适合的投入产出指标；第四章选取我国12家航运类上市公司2010-2013年的原始面板数据，运用DEAP2.1软件对航运上市公司的技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率进行测度分析，并针对部分公司的效率具体分析公司的经营情况，总结出一些利于公司改善经营的措施，最后针对2013年航运上市公司效率数据状况，分析当前我国航运上市公司经营状况及存在的问题，并对此作出一些利于公司发展的建议；第五章是对论文研究的总结，以及往后对此类航运上市公司效率方面研究的展望。 本文采用的DEA是对各航运上市公司之间运营水平的相对有效性测度，测得的效率值并不是绝对意义上的高低。但是还是在侧面反映出了当前我国航运上市公司的经营效率状况，并从中分析找出航运上市公司发展需要注意的问题，为我国航运业的发展起到积极的作用。 关键词：  Shipping Efficiency Analysis of Listed Companies Abstract：Maritime industry is accompanied by the occurrence of global trade, ocean transportation to adjust the unreasonable resource allocation of the world, and realize the optimized reasonable allocation and effective utilization of resources, ocean transportation plays an irreplaceable role for the world economic development. The shipping industry as the derivative industry of the world trade is affected by the world economic fluctuations. The occurrence of financial crisis in 2008, led to the global economic rapid fall, maritime industry also suffered a hit.
