前言 重症胰腺炎是ICU常见的急危重症之一，是有胰酶消化胰腺本身所引起的广泛性的胰腺和胰周脂肪坏死，并有出血，病情凶险，极易导致多器官功能衰竭（MOF），死亡率极高。我院于2008.8——2009.6共收治重症胰腺炎患者16例，现将护理体会介绍如下：
1.临床资料
1.1一般资料：我科自2008.8—2009.6共收治重症胰腺炎患者12例，并发多器官功能衰竭患者6例，其中男性4例，女性2例，临床治愈4例，死亡2例。
