连云港职业技术学院 毕 业 设 计 题 目：西北师范大学45#楼安全施工组织设计 姓 名： 孙彪 学号： 110701415 院 、 系： 建筑工程学院建工系 专业班级： 建工114 指导老师： 刘小丽（校内） 张芳（校外） 二0一四年五月   西北师范大学教师公寓45#楼工程安全施工组织设计 摘要 本施工组织设计主要介绍西北师范大学教师公寓楼45号楼安全施工方法，确保本工程能够有计划有目标的去建设，防止工程中出现各种不敢全事故和因素，确保工程安全有序的的进行和在施工期限内完成本工程。 本施工组织设计根据本工程高层房屋结构类型和房屋高度，编制了该项目的各个单位工程的安全施工方法和介绍了该工程的总体概况还有编写依据，还有附加的施工现场的平面设计和布局。 本安全施工组织设计按照施工组织设计编写依据，和房屋建筑施工规范的要求；根据本施工现场的地质、地貌、气候等实际情况，结合本次施工力量和管理的模式，本着以机械为主，人工施工为辅的施工方法，科学组织，充分发挥优势，达一流品质，创优质工程的原则编制编写了以安全为目的追求质量第一的精神，编制了安全施工组织设计，主要确定了分部分项工程安全施工措施；施工现场临时用电设计及安全措施；施工机械安全技术措施；施工现场管理制度 ；现场安全防护措施、文明施工管理措施、消防与环境保护措施、重大事故应急处理措施，和一些单位工程的计算。确定了一些单位工程的具体做法和细节性的问题。 　　关键词：安全施工方案，安全施工措施，总平面布置 45# building safety construction organization design of Northwest Normal University teachers apartment Abstract The construction organization design mainly introduces the safety construction method of Northwest Normal University teachers apartment building 45 building, to ensure that the project to build a planned target, to prevent the emergence of various not all accidents and factors in engineering, to ensure the engineering safety and orderly and in the construction period of theproject.
