生融入爱阅读的社会环境；为新乐清人学校引进优良师资及教师素养培训以更好 地引领课外阅读；还要寻求社会资助，为学校班级捐赠图书，帮扶困难的新居民 学生。再次建议学校方面需要创设书香校园，营造良好的学校阅读氛围；还需减 轻课业负担给学生留足课外阅读的时间，并将课外阅读纳入评价机制；相关教师 要大力指导学生如何进行有效课外阅读，加强与家长的沟通。然后建议家庭方面 应该努力营造书香家庭，广大新居民家长必须转变观念，重视子女课外阅读，不 仅为课外阅读创造良好的物质环境，而且要让阅读成为一种生活方式。最后是课 外阅读的主人——学生本身，要做一个主动的阅读者，养成良好的课外阅读习惯， 终身阅读。 关键词：新乐清人子女；课外阅读；五年级 万方数据 The research of after class reading of the children of New Yueqingnese 一 一 Take the grade five students in Liushi Number 6 primary school in Yueqing as an example ABSTRACT With the development of urbanization，Yueqing，the eastern coastal small city has attracted more and more people from other provinces to do business and work here．But a series of new problems had also occurred．The problem of the children of these new residents whether or not receive compulsory education equality,has become a widespread concern of the harmonious society．In fact，the children of the new residents have gap between local students in literacy and academic achievement．While reading has great impact in the test，overall quality and life quality, especially tO the students more then 1 0 years old，that is up five grades．This is a golden reading age tO form their outlook of life，value and knowledge ability．These problems have aroused the interest of the writers．The research object is”Grade five students in a primary school in Yueqing city”，mainly use the document method，questionnaire method and interview method．The investigation content is the reading attitude，time and quantity,content of reading，reading methods and other aspects of the current situation of grade five students as well as the impact on the extracurric—ular reading and family,school，society．The research also concern the reading of local students in order tO know the difference and the gap between local students and the students from outside of Yueqing in reading，then we can give good suggestions and put forward suggestions for improvement，in order tO promote the healthy development of new residents children extracur
