两岸城市闲置空间改造设计比较研究摘要：进入21世纪，城市的发展进入一个新的时期，城市公共空间逐步从传统向现代转型，城市的空间形态向人本、生态、低碳、开放式空间发展。在城市空间的转变过程中，旧有的老式巨型街区中，经受了工业文明洗礼的厚重、坚固而沉闷的建筑，以及周围大片散乱的无组织的空间，成为了被现代城市遗弃的空间。城市的发展，土地是关键，空间是核心。开发利用闲置空间，是城市建设与发展的必然趋势。国内外学者对闲置空间中的历史街区、旧有工业建筑等的保护、开发、更新等都进行了比较深入的研究。我国台湾地区在历史街区与旧工业建筑等闲置空间的开发与利用上发展较大陆早，经验比大陆丰富，相关的研究也比较成熟。随着大陆经济的发展，城市闲置空间的开发与利用也成为城市管理中亟待解决的问题。相比台湾，大陆城市闲置空间的改造问题更加复杂，闲置空间的形式更加多样，这也促使大陆学者加大了对闲置空间改造、开发与更新的研究。而大陆在保护和挖掘传统文化的同时，通过政府指导，将传统园林景观进行了开发与创新，并在闲置空间的开发中得到了很好了运用。本文希望通过对两岸闲置空间开发中的文化发展对比，以精神产品研究作为理论分析基础，填补我国闲置空间再生中发展与延续中华人文文化创意的空白；为我国当下闲置空间再生中的改造和设计提供理论参考。关键词：闲置空间；两岸城市；改造设计；城市更新AbstractEntering the 21st century, the development of the city into a new period, gradually transition from traditional to modern city public space, urban spatial form and structure of the skin texture and steering deficient type open space.
