基于Pro/E汽车主减速器三维建模及分析 摘 要:主减速器是汽车传动系中减小转速、增大扭矩的主要部件。对发动机纵置的汽车来说,主减速器还利用锥齿轮传动以改变动力方向。的基本结构、工作原理、Pro/E软件平台,先将主减速器零件进行三维建模,再将已建立三维实体的各零部件进行虚拟装配,并用动画演示装配过程,并且进行运动学分析。 关键词:Pro/E;三维建模 3D Modeling and Analysis of Automobile Main Reducer Based on Pro / E Abstract: Main reducer is a main component in automobile power train which can reduce speed and increase torque. For longitudinal engine automobile, bevel gear used on the main reducer is also used to change the momentum direction. On the foundation of consulting mass domestic and foreign literature and research design examples, according to the knowledge of automotive design, overall structure and major components of automotive main reducer was designed in this thesis. After mastering basic structure, working principle, size design and three-dimensional modeling of the main reducer, this design formed the overall optimization design method of automotive main reducer. The main reduction gear ratio as a design variable and the vehicle dynamic as the constraint requirements were set in this design, then it get the best match main reduction gear ratio. Based on Pro / E software platform, when the main reducer structure is designed, it should carry out main reducer parts’ three-dimensional modeling firstly. Then it carries through virtual assembly with finished three-dimensional entities of each component and use animation to show the assembly process and put up kinematics analysis.
