包头医学院毕业论文 题 目：399例涉及抗微生物药的ADR报告分析 英文题目：399 cases of ADR report analysis of Antimicrobial drugs 学 号：10407010318 姓 名：潘凤 年 级：2010级 专 业：药学 所在部门：药学院 指导教师：安明 王红霞 完成日期：2014年5月30日 目的：探讨药品不良反应的发生特点、临床表现、治疗后的转归情况等，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：基于2013年包头市399例抗微生物药品不良反应报告，借助统计学方法进行归纳分析。结果：抗微生物药物中头孢菌素类药物 占据了大多数情况，不良反应主要包括白细胞减少，腹泻，寒战，皮疹 等，是2013年抗微生物药中导致的不良反应中例数最多的药物。不良反应涉及最多的年龄段是1-10岁的儿童，在总人数中占据25.06%，接近四分之一。在性别比例中，男性为48.87%，女性为51.13%。结论:抗微生物药的ADR事件较为频发，应当加强药品不良反应的监测工作有助于减少药品不良反应的发生。 关键词：抗微生物药; 统计学方法; 不良反应; 儿童; 安全有效 ABSTRACT Objective: to study the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, clinical manifestations, treatment outcome, provide the basis for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: In 2013, 399 cases of anti-microbial medicines adverse reactions reported in city, using of statistical methods for analysis. Results: anti-microbial drug cephalosporin drugs accounted for most cases, adverse reactions including diarrhea, chills, rashes in 2013, anti-microbial drugs in most cases of adverse reactions caused by drug. Adverse reactions involving childrens age is 1-10 years old at most, in the total number of occupied 25.06%, close to one-fourth. Others Sex ratios is 48.87% for men, women and 51.13%. Conclusion: anti-microbial drug ADR events are more frequent, and shall strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions will help reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
