浅议《建设工程施工合同（示范文本）》中通用条款 建筑 2008-07-21 15:01:25 阅读628 评论3 字号：大中小 摘 要 建设工程施工合同示范文本是建设工程的主要合同，是工程建设质量控制、进度控制、投资控制的主要依据，本文就示范文本中通用条款部分，结合工程惯例，对比FIDIC施工合同条件，进行分析，提出示范文本的优点和不足，并提出相应改进的建议，改进后的合同更加完备，将有利于减少合同履行中纠纷的出现。 关键词：施工合同；示范文本；合同条款；完备性；合同纠纷 Abstract Construction contract is the main contract of the construction works.It is the main basis of the constrol, schedule control and the investment control. The shortcomings of several sub—clauses in sample text of contract for works of civil engineering construction were pointed out via FIDIC conditions of contract for constructions，and the improved su
