1基本描述General Description 本文件与相应的图纸和BOM确定了1375XX系列多士炉的规格。 This document, with the corresponding drawings and BOM, defined the specification of the toaster 1371XX series. 这是一款容量4片的中价位的塑胶外壳的多士炉，具备6档烧色控制加CANCEL、DEFROST、BAGEL功能。大身材料为PP，顶盖材料为Gloss S/S。 This is a middile price point toaster with a plastic PP housing and Gloss S/S top cover,and four pieces bread capability. A browning color switch provided a six color control and another switch provided DEFROST、BAGEL function. The CANCEL switch can be pressed to interrupt toasting at any time. 2 结构描述Construction Description 2.1机械结构 Mechanical construction 2.1.1外壳组件Housing sub-assembly 2.1.1.2壳身：材料为PP，白色，表面光滑。与滑槽盖以造型配合。 Main Housing: Smooth white plastic (PP) and fit clearance with Panel. 2.1.1.4烧色旋钮：材料为ABS，喷银色油。 Color Knob: Plastic(ABS) painted. 2.1.1.5功能按钮：材料为ABS，白色。 Function Button: White plastic(ABS). 2.1.2顶盖：镜面不锈钢SUS430，厚度0.4，顶盖装上隔热粒(PPS)，顶住外壳。 Top Cover: Gloss SUS430 with thickness of 0.4mm screwed on Heat Insulation Block(PPS) support Housing. 2.1.3接渣盘组件Crumb Tray sub-assembly 2.1.2.1接渣盘拉手：材料为PP，白色，表面光滑。 Crumb Tray Handle: Smooth white plastic (PP). 2.1.2.2接渣盘：材料为覆铝板，厚度0.4，锁扣在接渣盘拉手上。 Crumb Tray: Steel with Al coated (SAlC,t0.4) Crumb Tray is locked on the Crumb Tray Handle. 2.1.4底座：材料为PP，白色，表面光滑，底部可盘绕电源线。 Base: Smooth white plastic (PP) ,Bottom side has power cord wiring tab for easy cord storage. 2.1.5滑槽盖：材料为ABS，喷银色油，在壳身上以造型配合作装饰作用。 Decorating dial: Plastic(ABS) painted ，fixed on Housing and fit clearance with the Housing. 2.1.6升降手柄：材料为PP，白色，表面蚀纹。 Handle Lift: Matt white plastic (PP, Textured JS6281). 2.2电气结构 Electrical and electronic construction 2.2.1热敏电阻：型号为TTC3A104J4195E，装在电源PCB板上。 Temperature Compensation Resistance: Type TTC3A104J4195E Temperature Compensation Resistance mounted on the power PCB. 2.2.2烧色按钮：具有1-6档烧色功能可供选择。 Browning Color Switch : 1-6 position for browning color selection. 2.2.3功能按钮：具有DEFROST、BAGEL两种功能选择。 Function Switch: 2 position for DEFROST、BAGEL sel
