护理干预与前列腺患者围手术期应激反应相关性研究 刘娜 山东枣庄市立医院 外科 摘要：目的 研究护理干预对于前列腺手术患者围手术其应激反应的影响。方法 我们选择了100个接受前列腺手术的患者，分为1组和2组两个组。1组50人接受有针对性的护理干预；2组50人在围手术其接受常规围手术期护理。对两组病人在围手术其的各项与应激相关的指标进行比较。 结果 在治疗过程中1组患者，护理干预后心率下降幅度，舒张压下降幅度，收缩压下降幅度，术前术后皮质醇激素（COR）浓度上升水平，血糖(GLU)上升水平,血胰岛素浓度上升水平，以及出院时心理焦虑评分分别为：5.91次/分，2.15mmHg，9.25mmHg，13.1μg/L，0.12μg/L，0.79mmol，43.78分；2组患者，护理干预后心率下降幅度，舒张压下降幅度，收缩压下降幅度，术前术后皮质醇激素（COR）浓度上升水平，血糖(GLU)上升水平,血胰岛素浓度上升水平，以及出院时心理焦虑评分分别为组患者，心率下降幅度，舒张压下降幅度，收缩压下降幅度，术前术后皮质醇激素（COR）上升水平，血糖(GLU)上升水平,血胰岛素浓度，以及出院时心理焦虑评分分别为：13.56次/分，9.45mmHg，23.56mmHg，57.2μg/L，0.2μg/L，1.50mmol/L，50.95分。 结论 对于接受前列腺手术的患者进行针对性的护理干预对于减轻患者应激心理效果十分显著,专业护理干预对于提高临床治疗效果有很大的帮助。 关键词：护理干预；前列腺手术；应激反应 The correlation between Nursing intervention and stress reaction in the prostate patient encircles during the operation [Abstract]: Objective The study is the relationship between the Nursing intervention and the stress reaction in the prostate patient encircles during the operation. Methods We selected 100 patients who would underwent prostate operation, and divided them into 2 groups ,group1 and group2. . The 1 group of 50people accepted the targeted nursing intervention in the peri -operation ; the group 2 of 50 people in the peri operation period got the popular nursing routine.
