BaiHua Chang’an University, Xi’an, China i 摘 要 大学新生教育是大学生思想政治教育的起点，也是提高我国高等教育质量工程的基 础，大学新生教育离不开良好的学校环境。在现代社会条件下，国内外环境发生了重大 变化，出现了许多新的环境因素，这对大学新生教育带来了难得的发展机遇，同时也对 大学新生提出了前所未有的挑战。深入研究学校环境，发挥学校环境的积极影响，抑制 学校环境的消极影响对大学新生教育具有重要的现实意义。 本研究从大学新生教育和学校环境的相关内涵入手，界定大学新生教育中的学校环 境，包括物质环境、组织环境、文化环境、制度环境、人际环境和网络环境；进而探讨 学校环境在大学新生教育中的理论依据和功能，揭示学校环境在大学新生教育中发挥着 感染熏陶、激励导向、约束规范等重要功能；深入分析学校环境对大学新生教育的影响 现状，得出良好的物质环境、优良的历史传统、丰富的校园活动以及健康的网络环境对 大学新生教育起到了积极影响，但物质环境不完备、组织环境不纯洁、文化环境不浓厚、 制度环境不完善、人际环境不和谐、网络环境监管不力等问题给大学新生教育带来了严 竣挑战；在遵循科学的优化原则下，针对以上六方面的消极影响，提出了不断完善物质 环境，致力于创造服务型的组织环境，大力营造高尚的文化环境，注重提高制度环境的 规范性，努力建设和谐的人际环境，切实加强绿色网络环境建设，积极健全学校环境保 障机制的优化对策。 关键词：大学新生教育、学校环境、影响、优化 ii Abstract Freshmen education is the beginning of ideological and political education of college students，it is also the basic of improving the quality of the senior education project, which depends on the good school environment. Under the conditions of modern society, domestic and international environments have many changes, which bring both developing opportunity and unprecedented challenge to freshmen. Therefore, deeply studying school environment to make it play positive impact and avoid negative influence is of great significance for freshmen education. This paper begins with the connotation of freshmen education and school environment, then it defines the school environment in freshmen education, which including physical environment, organizational environment, cultural environment, institutional environment, interpersonal environment and network environment. Secondly, it shows the theoretical basis and functions of the school environment to freshmen education, reveals the important functions of nurturing, inspiration and constraint specification in the education of freshmen.
