Research on Complication and Accommodation about Solving-problem of Pilot Mathem．atics Textbook for Elementary schools Major：Pure Mathematics Specialty：Mathematics Education Supervisor：Prof．Song Naiqing Author：Yang Yuhui(2001268) Abstract There ale many mathematics textbook of elementary school with special features while Mathematics Curriculum Standard is put into practice． One of features of SWNU’S pilot mathematics textbook for elementary school is to design a special subject titled Solving-problem creatively．This subject is expected to foster children’S ability to solve problem，creative spirit and ability to practice。But in our country,it is seldom to design Solving-problem special subject and do raledve research in elementary mathematics textbook．It is seen that the theory meaning and practice value are important． Author study the compilation and accommodation about Solving-problem through studying references，talking with compilists， teachers and children，observing classroom，doing questionair investigations and combining self-practice appearenees of compiling and designing Solving-problem． The main contents of studying compilation and designing aro(1) ¨ exploring for basic idealism： making+contents lived，making learning-knowledge problemed and making presentable pa犍ern clued．(2) arranging and presenting ofthe contents．(3)example cases． The research for teaching accommodation shows：(1)The compilation and designing of Solving-problem conformed to the idealism and requirement of Standard．It provided clues and resoLLlses with teaching and learning．(2)Most of teachers could understand Solving-problem．Its thinkings and methods WaS being put into effect．(3)Children enjoyed learning Solving-problem．Their creative spirit，ability to pratice and ability to analysize and solve problem through using mathematics knowledges were advanced positively． This paper makes some expandary thinking carefully：(1)The definition to ability of solving problem is a criterion of compiling a
