新时代信托股份有限公司信托业务风险管理的研究.pdf

摘 要 目前，我国信托业的盈利能力与受托规模及创造的收益水平等都已超过了公募基 金业。产品形式、产品内容、产品模式及专业能力也逐步得到了大众的认可。然而， 随着信托业的蓬勃发展，一系列的问题也开始暴露出来了，甚至引起过局部的金融动 荡。近日某著名信托公司的矿产信托出现了兑付危机，涉及的金额达到了几十亿，这 也为信托风险管理敲响了警钟。新时代信托股份有限公司（以下简称“新时代信托”） 在快速壮大的同时也仍存在着一系列的风险管理问题。本研究从市场风险、信用风险、 流动性风险、政策法律风险及操作风险角度出发，对新时代信托的风险进行分析。通 过实地调查，结合前人的研究，指出了其存在的问题，并找出了存在问题的原因，即 公司治理结构不完善、缺乏风险管理人才、风险控制技术相对落后、风险管理制度不 完善等。通过对这些原因的探寻，本研究通过相应的对策建议，即完善信托风险制度 体系，完善市场风险制度体系，完善操作风险制度体系，完善流动性风险制度体系， 完善政策法律风险制度体系，和这些对策建议可以得到实施的保障措施，即完善公司 治理结构，内控建设，制定业务决策及风控委员会工作制度，建设人事管理制度及岗 位职责制度，加强公司风险管理意识文件，推动信息化建设，建立突发风险事件处理 机制来尽量避免新时代信托的信托业务发生风险。 关键词：信托 信托业务 信托风险 风险管理 新时代信托 万方数据 ABSTRACT At present , Chinas trust business profitability and the scale of Trustees and income levels have been exceed the Cemetery fund business, product form、product model、 product pattern and professional ability has gradually been recognised by the public. However, with the trust business booming, a series of problems began to emerge, and even partial financial instability. Recently, there is a cash crisis of trust appeared in a well-known trust company, the amount involved has reached billions ,which also sounded the alarm for the trust risk management. New times trust co.ltd (hereinafter referred to as New times trust ) in the rapidly growing and there are still a number of risk management issues. This study from the market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, legal risk and operational risk perspective, an analysis on the risk of New times trust. Through field surveys, combined with previous studies, points out the problems that exist, and to identify the causes of problems, namely inadequate corporate governance structure, lack of risk management and control technology is relatively backward, inadequate risk management systems.
