结论 学生对艾滋病知识有一定的认知，但同时对AIDS还有着许多错误的认识， 从而导致对AIDS存在着一定的恐惧心理。建议学校在今后更加科学系统地 帮助学生全面掌握艾滋病知识，树立正确的对待艾滋病病人和病毒感染者的 态度，有效地预防艾滋病的流行。 关键词获得性免疫缺陷综合征；流行病学研究：健康教育；知信行；认知 度：对策 2 COLLEGE STUDENTS IN A COMPREHENSIVE SURVEY OF AIDS KAP AND HEALTH EDUC A，rION RESEARCH Postgraduate：Zhan Zefeng Speciality： Epidemiology and Health Statistics Director：Prof．Li Dong Abstract Objective To provide background materials and theoretical basis for AIDS health education in comprehensive vocational colleges through investigation into the level of knowledge about AIDS among the students of Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology and to find the deficiency in AIDS health education． Methods Based on the questionnaire by the office of the State Council AIDS Prevention Committee，a survey was designed，covering the population features， the basic knowledge of AIDS，the main approach to obtain AIDS knowledge and the views，attitudes and sexual practice toward AIDS．Data were collected by filling out the questionnaires anonymously and statistic analysis was performed by SPSS 13．0． ResuIts The 11 62 surveyed，88．047％have the basic knowledge related to AIDS． Regarding the knowledge mastered，college，medical，senior and low fami ly—income students were superior to secondary school students(pO．0 1)， non—medical(PO．0 1)，junior(PO．01)，high family-income students(PO．0 1)， respectively．Regarding the correct rate(54．04％)of the attitude towards AIDS infectors and patients，College and low family-income students were respectively superior to secondary school students(pO．01)and high family—income ones(P0．0 1)．86．69％of the surveyed had no sexual practice． The AIDS knowledge primarily were obtained from broadcast and television， magazines and newspapers，propaganda and exhibition，and the Internet，which account for 68．40％，8 1．1 5％，69．9 1％，and 67．1 2％，respectively．The AIDS knowledge were secondly obtained from schoolmates and friends，teachers’ classes，other sources，and special lectures，with respective percentage of 3
