PAGE 齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计（论文）1齐 齐 哈 尔 大 学毕业设计（论文） 题 目 高发泡混凝土的制备与应用 学 院 材料科学与工程学院 专业班级 无 机 062 学生姓名 指导教师 成 绩 2010 年 6 月齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计（论文）PAGE I摘 要本论文对泡沫混凝土的相关技术进行了研究，包括泡沫混凝土的技术原理、主流发泡剂的发泡性能对比与改性、发泡剂与泡沫混凝土的和易性、优质泡沫混凝土的制备等。在分析了发泡剂技术原理以及泡沫稳定性对泡沫混凝土的影响基础上，对发泡剂的泡沫稳定性进行了改性研究。泡沫混凝土强度试验结果表明试样干密度为376kg/m3的强度为0.8MPa；干密度为764kg/m3的强度为3.0 MPa。通过对复合型发泡剂的改性实验发现，不是所有的表面活性剂都能作为改性剂使用。制作泡沫混凝土时不宜加入水玻璃；三乙醇胺掺入后，总体上对泡沫混凝土性能起了稳定性改善作用。从断面结构分析知道，孔隙在泡沫混凝土中分布均匀，绝大多数孔隙的孔径都在理想范围内，而且多为圆形封闭孔，有利于泡沫混凝土的性能。关键词：泡沫混凝土；发泡剂；稠度；水灰比PAGE IIAbstractThis paper studies the relevance technology of foamed concrete,includes the technical principles of foamed concrete,the comparison and modification of the main foaming agent,the workability of foaming agent and foamed concrte,high-quality prepaaration of foamed concrete,and so on. Then analyzes the foaming agent principle and the impact of foamed concrete,on this basis, we do some modification research on foam stability. The result of foamed concrete strength-test showed that the foamed concrete 7d,the dry density reaches 376kg/m3 strength of 0.8MPa;The dry density reached 764kg/m3 and the strength of 3.0 MPa.By blowing the modified compound was found,not all surfactant can be used as a modifier.Triethanolamine,after incorporation,the overall performance of the foam concrete played a role in the stability of improvement;Production of foam concrete by adding water glass when not. From the analysis of pore structure of section,pores in the foamed concrete distributed equably,most of the pores’diameter are in ideal range,mostly like closed round hole,is conducive to increase the foamed concrete’s performance,this paper also proves that the recombination foaming agent adding a certain amount of modification can have a good application.Keywords：Foam concrete; Blowing agent; Consistency; Wat
