大黄素对功能性消化不良 胃肠动力及胃肠激素影响的实验研究 刘敏 (杭州市红十字会医院 消化科；浙江 杭州) [摘要] 目的:观察大黄素对功能性消化不良( functional dyspepsia，FD) 大鼠的促胃肠动力作用及对胃肠激素的影响。方法: 采用适度夹尾刺激法对大鼠进行造模后，随机分为模型组、大黄素组、西药组，并设立健康对照组。模型组及对照组大鼠给予水，大黄素组和西药组分别给大黄素、多潘立酮。7天后观察各组大鼠小肠碳末推进率，测定血清胃动素( Motilin) 和前列腺素E2( PGE2) 水平。结果:大黄素组及西药组胃残留率较模型组明显降低（p＜0.05），碳末推进率明显升高（p＜0.05）；实验结束时模型组大鼠及给药组大鼠MTL水平显著低于正常对照组（p＜0.05），但大黄素组大鼠MTL水平明显高于模型组及西药组（p＜0.05）；大黄素组PG-E2水平显著高于其余三组（p＜0.01）。结论: 大黄素具有一定促胃肠动力作用，可能与提高胃动素有关，同时因其可提高PGE2 水平，具有签字的胃黏膜保护作用。 关键词：大黄素；胃肠动力；胃动素 Experiment of emodin on gastrointestinal motilty and gastrointestinal hormones of Functional dyspepsia Liu Min （Hangzhou Red Cross Hosptial，Hangzhou，Zhejiang，China） Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of promoting the gastrointestinal motility and the influence on the gastrointestinal hormones of emodin.Methods：The rats were injured by ring clamp to be FD except the normal group，and then were randomly divided into normal group，model group，emodin group，and West Medicine group. Rats in CG were treated with emodin，and those in West Medicine group were treated with domperidone．Carbon powder experiment in small intestine was taken，as well as Motilin and PGE2 in surem was tested at the end of the study.Results: the gastric residual rate of emodin group and western medicine group compared with model group significantly decreased, at the end of the carbon propulsion rate increased significantly；The experiment model group rats and MTL to medicine group rats were significantly lower than normal control group, but rats MTL level emodin group was obviously higher than that of model group and western medicine group;Emodin group PG - E2 level is significantly higher than the rest of the three groups.Conclusion: emodin has certain effect on promoting gastrointestinal dynamics, may be associated with increased gastric dynamic element, at the same time because its can improve the level of PGE2, gastric mucosa protection with signature.
