It has the dual role of both strategic plan and tactics arrangement. Based on the engineering characteristics and sites’ specific situations, and according to the basic law of the construction, construction process rules and scientific management methods, it makes full use of labor, materials, machinery, capital and other factors of production to obtain good economic benefits ,social benefits and environmental benefits . This construction planning is aimed at the project of nanjing shimao more joy.The main contents include project summary, compilation basis, construction deployment, construction schedule planning, construction resources planning, construction safety and civilization planning, construction plane planning ,construction technical planning and so on. Construction deployment needs to determine the main targets of project and to choose suitable organizations and the plan of construction streamline method. Construction schedule planning needs to break the project down according to WBS, compile controlling and implemental schedule and determine the major time nodes. Construction resources planning needs to make reasonable arrangement about the quantity, approach time and dynamic need of various resources.
