摘要冲压模具结构设计中，使用标准化零部件能够减轻设计者的工作量、降低产品的成本。在实际工作中，仍然需要对大量零部件的尺寸进行设计以满足实际需求。对此类零部件进行标准件库的二次开发，可以减少设计者的工作量，缩短模具设计周期。独立导柱是用于模具中与导套零件组合使用，以确保模具能够以精准的定位引导模具行程的导向元件。本文在总结了国内外冲压模具标准件现状的基础上，对冲模独立导柱组件标准化设计进行了研究。以SolidWorks 2008为开发平台，VB 6.0为开发工具，Microsoft Excel 2003为数据库，对独立导柱组件进行标准件库设计，设计了程序控制界面，编写了控制程序，并详细介绍了控制界面的操作方法。运行结果表明，基本实现了标准件的调用功能，设计思想正确，交互界面友好，运行结果可靠。我国尚未制定独立导柱国家标准，各厂家生产的结构形式、技术参数、规格大小均有一定的差异，给用户使用带来许多不便。通过对冲模独立导柱组件标准化设计，对于提高模具质量、降低模具成本、加快模具制造进程具有重要意义。关键词：独立导柱组件，SolidWorks，VBA，二次开发The Standard Design of Holder Guide Post SetsABSTRACTIn the process of designing press die, the use of standardized components can reduce the workload of the designer and product costs. However, in practice, the size of a large number of components still need to be designed to meet actual demand. Therefore, the secondary development of such standard parts can reduce the workload of the designers and shorten mold designing cycle.The guide components are used in mold,combining with guide bushing, to ensure that the mold can be guided to the precise positioning.On the basis of the status of standard parts stamping die at home and abroad, This paper studied holder guide post sets standardized design. In the case of SolidWorks 2008 as a development platform, VB 6.0 as development tool, Microsoft Excel 2003 as the database, this paper designed standard parts library of holder guide post sets, designed program control interface, wrote control programs and introduced the method of operationdetailedly.
