Teaching Aids: CAI Director, Talking Pen, some pieces of colour papers, and other items. Teaching Procedures: Step Ⅰ Warming-up Get the students to chant and sing a song together. Make greetings to the students. Eg: --Good morning, boys and girls. --Good morning, teacher/... … . --How are you? --Fine, thank you. / I’m fine, thank you/... … . Show the big screen and revise school things. Step Ⅱ Presentation Show colourful pictures to the students and let them say how the world would be like if there’s no colours in our life. Get them listen to the tape three times and try to learn colours by themselves. Ask them what they learned in this part, then hold up the corresponding cards on the board and write the words.
