摘要 本文在参考近几年激光领域取得重大成果的基础上，对超精密激光加工系统进行了机电一体化结构设计，同时，对传动方式和控制系统进行了研究和分析。 “超精密激光加工系统”来源于生产实际需要，具有高精度高效率的特点，从而必将推动制造业的发展。 本论文主要做了支撑移动部分的方案设计，部件的结构设计，并对支撑和驱动部分的设计做了计算和校核。系统工作是通过滚珠丝杠把动力传给工作台，并使被加工工件在三轴方向上沿导轨并在其行程范围内做自由运动。在结构设计上，采用精密滚珠丝杠传动，它的传动精度高，无侧隙，刚性高；采用滚动导轨导向，它能实现无间隙轻力传动，而且承载能力大。这些特征都使系统性能得到提高。在结构设计的基础上，对滚珠丝杠和滚动导轨进行计算和校核，使它能充分满足本系统对精度，刚度和寿命的要求。最后根据系统所须达到的速度和扭矩，选择合适的步进电机。 本设计能使整个“超精密激光加工系统” 的生产效率提升，提高了加工精度，具有很好的经济效益。 关键词：设计 支撑移动 滚珠丝杠 滚动导轨 步进电机 ABSTRACT This article in the reference laser domain obtains the great achievement in recent years in the foundation, has carried on the integration of machinery structural design to the ultra precise laser processing system, simultaneously, has conducted the research and the analysis to the type of drive and the control system. The exactitude laser process system mentioned in this paper is obtained from actual manufacture and takes advantages of precision and efficiency which will promote to the development of manufacturing. This essay mainly completes project design of 3 stalk under setting and moving , the structure design of essembly , calculation and check out the design of under setting and drive . The whole system work is to pass the driving to work piece through ball-screw and move the measured body within the scope of guide rail following three stalks . In structure design , adopt precise ball-screw having high drive accuracy and rigidity , small return gap ; adopt rolling guide with as follows characteristic : driving with no gap and big allowable load . All make the performance of this system improvement . On the basis of such design , calculate and check out rolling rail and ball-screw .Which make it completely meet the desire accuracy , rigidity and life-span . At last , according to desired velocity and torque , choose suited stepper motor .
