机用根管锉在老年患者牙合创伤性根尖周炎临床治疗应用分析 丁志江 杨兴华 陈岱韵 李俊福 【摘要】　目的　观察ProTaperfile机用系统在老年牙合创伤性根尖周炎患者中根管治疗的效果。方法　随机把需要进行治疗的牙合创伤性根尖周炎患者125例, 220颗患牙随分为机用大锥度proTaper镍钛锉治疗组（P组 前牙64颗，后牙42颗）和手用不锈钢K锉（H组 前牙73颗，后牙41颗）,P组用ProTaper机用镍钛锉冠根向逐步深入法预备管,H组用手用不锈钢锉逐步后退法预备根管,观察两组在根尖引流效果、调牙合效果、根管治疗的完善程度，治疗操作时间，根尖周破坏的愈牙合程度，牙齿有无折裂的差异。结果　P组根尖周炎治疗效果优于H组的预备效果, 具有差异性 P＜0.025 ;两组的充填时间P组优于H组 P 0.01 。结论　ProTaper机用锉在老年牙合创伤性根尖周炎临床治疗中优于统手用不锈钢锉的临床治疗。 关键词 ProTaper机用镍钛锉；老年；创伤牙合；根尖周炎 The study of the Protaper file by Machine in elderly occlusal trauma patients of periapical inflammation in the clinical application DING Zhijiang1, YANG Xinghua2 .
