健康成人应用基于体素形态测量(VBM)及手工勾勒法(ROI)进行海马体积测量及对比分析 摘 要 目的 使用基于体素形态测量法（VBM）、手工勾勒法（ROI）对健康成人的海马体积进行测量获得的结果使用两组高分辨性的MRI对脑结构图像进行对比。将ROI作为标准，看VBM用于健康成人检测其海马体积的敏感性。 方法 在知情同意前提下，参考陈楠、李坤成等关于健康中国汉族成年志愿者纳入标准，确定研究对象辽宁汉族成人120人，男60人、女60人，使用购自德国Siemens公司的Avantol.5T的核磁共振系统使用3D模式对全脑进行高分辨性的T1结构图像数据的收集。对获得的数据使用ROI的方法和VBM的方法针对海马的体积进行测量。 结果 通过辽宁汉族成人利用头MRI进行VBM法测量海马体积与手工勾绘海马体积有良好的一致性。通过测量、对比，提出VBM技术在海马体积测量的可行性及对ROI测量法的可替代性，为临床Ad患者诊治提供有效的影像学依据。 结论 使用头MRI进行VBM法测量海马体积与手工勾绘海马体积有良好的一致性。 Abstract Purpose The measurement and comparison of hippocampal volume in healthy adults are based on the volume measurement (VBM) and manual (ROI). Objective Using voxel based morphometric (VBM) and manual (ROI) measurements of hippocampal volume in healthy adults, the results obtained from the two groups were compared with the high resolution MRI. ROI as a gold standard, the sensitivity of VBM for healthy adults to detect the volume of the hippocampus was detected.
