四川师范大学文理学院本科毕业论文 独立学院大三学生的专业承诺与主观幸福感关系 学生姓名 王 国 平 院系名称 心 理 系 专业名称 应用心理学（心理咨询方向） 班 级 2008级2班 学 号 200822015220 指导教师 雷 鸣（讲师）  独立学院本科生专业承诺与主观幸福感的关系 学生：王国平 指导老师：雷鸣 内容摘要： 为了研究和探讨关于独立学院的大学生对于专业的承诺和主观幸福感的关系，采用测验法对成都某独立学院大三年级的261名大学生进行调查，结果表明：大学生专业承诺的总体水平不高；在专业承诺方面，男生在继续承诺上显著高于女生，而在规范承诺上显著低于男生，同时，理工学生的继续承诺极显著高于文科学生；在主观幸福感方面，女生的主观幸福感要显著高于男生。相关分析结果显示，专业承诺中的情感承诺、理想承诺、规范承诺因子与主观幸福感呈极显著正相关。 关键词：独立学院；专业承诺；主观幸福感 The Relationship between Professional Commitment and Subjective Well-being in Independent College Undergraduates Abstract: In order to research and explore the relationship between professional commitment and subjective well-being in independent college undergraduates, the test method was used to investigate 261 junior students in an independent college in Chengdu. The result shows that the overall level of college undergraduates professional commitments is not high. In terms of professional commitment, continuance commitments in boys are significantly higher than in girls, while boys are significantly lower than girls in normative commitment. At the same time, Polytechnic Students continuance commitments are significantly higher than those of arts student. In terms of subjective well-being, girls subjective well-being is higher than that of the boys. The result of correlation analysis shows that affective commitment, ideal commitment and normative commitment factors in professional commitment are in positive correlation with subjective well-being.
