摘要 本设计是年产20万吨聚氯乙烯（pvc）淡盐水脱氯工艺设计。主要是对淡盐水脱氯工艺段的研究。整个设计是由正文和工艺流程图构成。 设计正文介绍了聚氯乙烯的发展、性质及聚氯乙烯脱氯工艺段的物料衡算生产方法等都做了具体介绍。并且对脱氯工艺设计中一些设备的选型脱氯的原理工艺的选择及影响的因素都进行了深入的分析和计算。在确定工艺的基础上对主要设备进行了物料衡算和热量衡算。 本设计还对安全生产和环境保护做了一些相关的介绍。对工业上产生的三废的处理做了介绍，同时对在生产中产生的安全问题及避免方法进行了简单的讨论。 在结合以上的条件下绘制了生产过程的工艺流程图。希望可以在对本设计的研究中起到重要的作用，对工艺的理解提供帮助。 关键词：聚氯乙烯、淡盐水脱氯工段、物料衡算、热量衡算、环境与安全  Abstract This design is the annual output of 200000 tons of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) weak brine dechlorination process design. Is mainly the study of weak brine dechlorination process section. The whole design is made up of the body and the process flow diagram. Design the text introduces the development of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), nature and PVC dechlorination process section of the material balance of production methods have made detailed introduction. And the dechlorination process design in some equipment selection principle of dechlorination process selection and influence factors are carried on the thorough analysis and calculation. In determining the process of the main equipment on the basis of material balance and heat balance. This design also made some related to safety production and environmental protection is introduced. In industrial three wastes treatment is presented, at the same time in the production of safety and avoid method has carried on the simple discussion. In combination with the above conditions draw a process flow diagram of the production process. Hope I can play an important role in the study of this design, the understanding of technology to offer help.
