Objective 目 标：To ensure that Sauna policy and procedure are maintained to a high standard of service 遵守桑拿的规章制度保持高标准的服务。 POLICY PROCEDURE 规章制度： Standard标准： All associates must remember all the rules and regulations for accessing the Fitness Center and make sure all the members guests preferring is line with these rules and regulations. 所有员工必须紧记健康中心的条例与规定，并监督客人是否遵守每项规定。 Procedures程序： All associates must remember the Rules and Regulations of the Fitness Center at all times and help supervising the guests about these. 服务员必须紧记的蒸气室和蒸气室的条例与规定，并监督客人是否遵守每项规定。 The Rules and Regulations of the Sauna room / Steam room are as follow: 桑拿室和蒸气室条例与规定如下： Elderly or pregnant persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not use the Sauna room / Steam room. Users are advised to check their own physical conditions and familiarize with the mechanism of the equipment before use. 谢绝老人、孕妇及心脏病、糖尿病、高血压、低血压患者使用桑拿室和蒸气室，使用人必须视自身之健康状况及了解桑拿室和蒸气室的设备之操作后方可使用。 Unsupervised use by anyone under 16 years of age is prohibited. 谢绝16岁以下未成年人在没有监护人的情况下使用桑拿室和蒸气室。 Users with contagious disease are not allowed. 患有传染性疾病者请勿使用。 Do not use the Sauna room / Steam room facility if under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictor, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers. 请勿在服用酒精、抗凝血药物、抗组织胺药物、血管收缩药物、兴奋剂、催眠剂、麻醉剂、镇静剂的情况下使用桑拿室和蒸气室。 Observe a reasonable time limit 3 to 10 minutes is recommended, shower and cool down, and if you wish return for another brief duration. 请按照合理的时限使用桑拿室和蒸气室，建议使用了3-11分钟 为宜，淋浴降温后。如果需要，可以再次短时间使用。15分钟就要巡视一遍，以免发生意外。在巡视的过程中需做到： 1、干蒸：确保木桶里面有水，毛巾干净，温度达标。 2、湿蒸：确保座椅干净，温度达标。 Remove clothing and jewelry. 请清除外衣及首饰后进入桑拿室和蒸气室。 Do not bring metallic objects to avoid scalding.
