卷线安装工安全技术操作规程 1 卷线安装工除遵守本规定外，应遵守《水电水利工程金属结构与机电设备安装安全技术规程》有关规定。Except for observing this regulations, a wire-winding erector shall also observe the specification of hydro power HSS and EM equipment erection safetytechnology. 2 定子绕组施工用吊架和平台，应安全可靠。定子内外应设防护栏杆和保护网。The lifting basket and platform for the construction of stator winding shall be stable and protection barrier and mesh shall be set up inside and outside of stator. 3 在定子下端头的作业人员，应戴安全帽，所用工具材料不得抛掷。Worker standing under stator shall wear a helmet and it is forbidden to throw passing a tool. 4 下线应有专人指挥，动作应协调一致。采用专用下线机下线，等线棒固定牢固后，方可松钩。There should be a special people to direct set out wire concurrently, and setting out wire should be conducted by special machine. Only after wire pole fixed up can the hook loosen. 5 打槽楔时，精力应集中，不得击伤线圈及铁芯。When punching a wedge, the operator shall be concentrated and shall not damage the winding and the core. 6 线棒端头及汇流环焊接前，应准备好防火措施，焊接作业应遵守焊接设备安全操作规程。Before welding bar connector and circuit ring, measures should be taken to protect from fire and the welding shall comply with the safety specification. 7 焊锡作业时，作业人员应戴防护眼镜、手套和脚套，严禁水滴入焊锡锅中。Operator shall wear protection goggles, gloves and feet cover and ensure not water dripping into soldering pot when carrying on soldering. 8 磁极开箱检查、吊运、装脱线圈工作，应有专人指挥。吊运或装、脱线圈时绑扎应牢固，经检查确认无误后，方可起吊。There should be a special people directing people opening boxes and checking, lifting, installation and loosing winding. The pole should be fixed up when conducted lifting, installation and loosing winding. 9 检查处理磁极线圈时，作业人员应穿戴防护用品。线圈就位时，应防止挤压伤人。The operator should wear PPE when checking and treating winding of pole and measures should be taken to protect winding from hurting people when it is positioned. 10 配制环氧复合物时，应戴手套、防护镜、防护衣和防护鞋。工作完后应洗手。People should wear gloves, goggles, protection clothes and shoes when matching epoxy compound. Washing hands after work. 11 喷漆作业周围不得有火源，场地应通风良好。喷漆作业每次延续时间不得超过15min，应轮换进行作业。There should be no fire when carry on
