2.1此板PTH 孔成品孔径公差较特殊为（+0.15/-0mm），而我司工程人员在设计时经验不足按常规孔径设计（在成品孔的基础上加大0.1mm）,以至孔径偏小，更改前刀径表如下图：
The tolerance of the PTH hole of this PCB is very special +0.15/-0mm , Because of lacking experience, our engineer designed the hole as usual enlarging 0.1mm based on the finished hole , which made the hole at lower limit. the unchanged tool radius is as follows:
2.2、电镀时孔铜厚度最小为35um，这样导致最终孔径偏小。
When plating, the minimum thickness of hole copper is 35um, which made the finished apeture undersized.
2.3、 FQA在出货前用0.005等级的公差针规检验，抽查5SET孔径都是在下限，但还在公差范围内，判定为合格。
Before delivering, FQA inspected the apetures with the pin gauge which the tolerance level is 0.005 and found there were 5 sets which the apetures were smaller than the minimum limit, but still in the scope of the tolerance. Therefore, FQA thought there were ok boards and could be deliverd. 5. Corrective Action:
更改工程公差，在原来成品孔径加放0.1mm基础上再加大0.05mm，即孔径加放到0.15mm, 更改后的刀径表如下图：
Change the permissible tolerance, enlarge the aperture of original finished products by 0.15mm, and the changed tool radius will be as follows:
1.在电镀时，重新做电流FA，确定电流参数保证孔铜按最小20um以上控制。
When plating, reproduce current FA, ensure the current characteristic, and guarantee the copper of hole is controlled at or above 20um.
2.在FQA测量孔径时，发现有孔径偏下限时，要全检孔径，全部合格才能出货。
