学 号：200901010129  HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目：矿井胶带输送机集中控制系统 学生姓名：范龙岗 专业班级：09自动化（1）版 学 院：电气工程学院 指导教师：刘晓悦 教授 2013年5月20日 摘 要 大中型煤矿的井下煤炭运输大都采用以胶带输送机为主的运输方式。胶 带输送机是一种由电机驱动的连续运输设备，主要用来输送物料和成品，广 泛应用于工业生产中。以往的输送机控制大多采用就地控制，并且控制装置 大都由继电器等组成，当输送机的数量增加时，会造成设备复杂，操作及维 护困难的局面。而在胶带输送机的连续运行中，经常会出现打滑、断带、划 伤、过载、联轴器断开等现象，导致压矿的严重后果。因此，对输煤系统的 控制就具有重要的意义。 本文对煤矿主煤流远程控制系统信号检测部分、就地控制部分、远程控 制上位机三部分组成及功能进行介绍的基础上，提出了基于西门子公司 S7-200 可编程序控制器和工业控制网网络的输煤控制系统实现方案。 并重点 介绍 PLC 为主的电机控制系统， 系统基本满足了带式输送机工作过程中控制、 监测、保护、管理等功能。对与上位机的相关通信问题也进行了分析介绍。 基于 PLC 控制的煤矿主煤流远程控制系统可有效的提高煤矿企业输煤系统的 效率，在我国有很好的发展前景。 关键字：输送机； S7-200 PLC；控制； 传感器； 串口通信 Abstract Underground coal transport of large and medium-sized coal mines are mainly used in belt conveyor transport mode. Rubber belt conveyor is a continuous transport equipment driven by an electric motor, is mainly used to transport materials and finished products, widely used in industrial production. Conveyor control most of the former in the control, and the control device is mostly by relays etc., when the conveyor numbers increase, will cause the complexity of equipment, operation and maintenance difficult situation. While in the continuous running of conveyor belt, often slipping, broken belt, scratch, overload, coupling cut phenomenon, resulting in serious consequences, rock pressure.
