沈阳建筑大学 毕业设计说明书 毕 业 设 计 题 目 石家庄二十中学学生公寓楼 学院专业班级 土木学院 102专科起点本科 学 生 姓 名 性别 男 指 导 教 师 职称 2012年 9月 6 日 摘 要 本工程为石家庄二十中学学生公寓楼, 位于石家庄经济开发新区。 该公寓楼楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸为6.6m×3.9m ，总长度为55.1m，总宽度为16.1m, 总高度为20.07m，占地面积为887.11平方米左右，总建筑面积为5323平方米，共六层，各层层高均为3.3米。建筑立面规整，采用白色瓷砖装饰外墙，女儿墙实心砖砌筑，除正门为玻璃门外，其余均采用实木门，窗为塑钢窗。 本设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计，包括平面定位图设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计。结构设计，框架结构设计主要包括：结构选型，梁、柱、墙等构件尺寸的确定，重力荷载计算、横向水平作用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算、纵向地震作用计算、水平地震作用下横向框架内力分析、竖向荷载作用下横向框架的内力分析、内力组合、截面设计、基础设计。其中,基础设计又包括基础选型、基础平面布置、地基计算等。 在设计中,认真贯彻了“适用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则，进一步掌握了建筑与结构设计全过程、基本方法和步骤。 关键词：框架结构; 结构计算; 钢筋混凝土；内力分析 Abstract The construction of a building where the students , which is located in the new development district called Shijiazhuang city. The main body structure of the teaching building is reinforced concrete portal frame structure, the column net size is 6.6m×3.9m,and its total length is 55.1m,total width is 16.1m,total height is 20.7m,the covering area is about 887.11square meters and the construction area is about 5323 square meters. There are five floors and the floor height is 3.3m.. the design in formal . Using white ceramic bricks to decorate the outside wall, using solid bricks to build the daughter wall. Choosing glass door as the front door and the others choosing solid wood doors.The windows use plastic-- steel windows. This design mainly includes the architectural design and structural design. The architectural design includes the plane fixed position drawing design,the plane drawing design and sign to face the design, section design. The structure design, the mission of the frame structural design mainly have: the type selection ,the size of beams、pillars、walls etc., the gravity load calculation, the calculation of internal force and lateral moving in the function of the horizontal force, lengthways earthquake function calculation, the internal force analysis of the crosswis
