Dalian Investment Research team provides comprehensive research support to Fidelity’s equity analysts or portfolio managers?in Asia-Pac region, including Fidelity regional research team based in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, and India ? Purpose of your role ? Provide company research to?portfolio managers?from ESG (Environment, Social, Corporate governance) perspective; carry out extensive due diligence on targeted companies, including but not limited to investigating of potential financial fraud, investigating of litigation and operation history; compliance with environmental regulations; conflicts of interest; corporate governance and culture; effectiveness of internal control, personal and business reputation; management style and ethics of key executives ? Your key accountabilities ??????????Source large amount of information from internet research, publications, and industry contacts ??????????Analyze information from both qualitative and qualitative point of view to identify key investment risks/opportunities ??????????Write reports and communicate the findings to investment team ??????????Develop research framework to make the research process more efficient,robust, and scalable ??????????Manage external vendors quality ??????????Keep abreast of important trends and developments in the relevant sectors/geographies ??????????Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and within the team ??????????Make regular presentations to the team on relevant topics/areas of expertise.Train junior team members ?
