乌丹一中生物教研组三年发展规划 （2012.1——2015.12） 乌丹一中生物教研组 生物教学工作以新课改的要求为指导，在继承生物课程改革成果的基础上，进一步探究高中生命科学的课堂教学方法，优化生物课堂教学质量，提高学生生命科学的素养，促进学生素质的全面发展。在生物教学中要体现当代生命科学特征的生命科学教育，以学生为主体培养全体学生的科学态度、科学精神和创新思维习惯。因此，我们的生物学科的学科宣言是：开阔视野，拓宽知识，激发兴趣，深入思索。 教研组基本情况 （一）、现状分析　　　　 生物教研组现有在职教师14人，其中高级教师6人，一级教师3人，二级教师4人，初级教师1人。自治区级学科带头人1人，市级学科带头人3人，市级骨干教师3人。其中，熊怡老师和曲艳红老师分别毕业于华中师范大学和东北师范大学的研究生院，获得硕士学位。全部是本科及以上学历，师资力量强有着丰富的教育教学实践经验教学实践能独挡一面，尤其是高级教师的引领示范教学研讨气氛浓在信息技术和网络资源的运用方面积极性很高，并且进行了多方面的有益探索，积累了丰富的教学资源素材和技能经验。总之，在学校领导的关心下，我们教研组教师将团结一心，锐意进取，开拓创新，全面提高教学质量，提高教研组的整体实力。 the principle of simplified EIA of construction projects in the region.
