家电下乡内部控制研究 （中国农业大学经济管理学院会计学系，北京，中国，100083） 【摘要】实行“家电下乡”政策以来，家电行业在农村市场体系建设方面摸索了经验，农民的消费需求得到了一定程度的释放。本文从政府管理的角度，对“家电下乡”实施过程中的内部控制进行了研究，从内部控制的5要素分析了“家电下乡”政策目标得以实现的制度保证。 【关键词】家电下乡 内部控制 政策目标 家电市场 【Abstract】 Since 2007, Chinas Home Appliance Subsidy Program for Rural Areas has been practiced.
