生物型半髋置换术与全髋置换术患者ESR、CRP、SAA水平的对比研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨生物型半髋置换术与全髋置换术患者红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血清淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）水平的差异。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2015年10月收治的人工髋关节置换手术患者22例为研究对象，其中采用生物型半髋置换术的9例患者作为半髋置换组，采用全髋置换术的13例患者作为全髋置换组，两组患者均于治疗前及手术后3、7、14 d与术后3个月检测ESR、CRP、SAA水平。结果：手术后3、7 d，全髋置换组血清CRP水平均明显高于半髋置换组，手术后3个月全髋置换组ESR水平明显高于半髋置换组与治疗前，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；手术后3、7、14 d，两组患者ESR、CRP、SAA水平均明显高于治疗前，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；手术后7 d，两组患者ESR水平均明显高于手术后14 d、3个月；手术后3 d，两组患者血清CRP、SAA水平均明显高于手术后7、14 d、3个月，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：CRP比ESR变化更快，更敏感，患者术后3 d血清CRP、SAA达到高峰，术后7 d血清ESR达到高峰，但两种人工髋关节置换术对患者SAA水平的影响比较无明显差异。 　　【关键词】 生物型半髋置换术； 全髋置换术； 红细胞沉降率； C反应蛋白； 血清淀粉样蛋白A 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the difference of erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR），C-reactive protein（CRP） and serum amyloid A（SAA） levels between biotype hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty.Method：Twenty-two cases of patients undergoing artificial hip arthroplasty surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the objects，9 cases of biotype hemiarthroplasty as the hemiarthroplasty group，and 13 cases of total hip arthroplasty as the total hip replacement group，the ESR，CRP and SAA levels of all the patients were detected pre-therapy，3，7，14 d and 3 months after the therapy.Result：Three and seven days after the therapy，the serum CRP levels of total hip arthroplasty group were obviously higher than the hemiarthroplasty group，3 months after the therapy，the ESR level of total hip arthroplasty group was obviously higher than that of the hemiarthroplasty group and pre-therapy，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.3，7，and 14 days after the therapy，all patients’ ESR，CRP，and SAA levels were significantly higher than which of pre-therapy，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. 7 days after the therapy，all patients’ ESR level were significantly higher than which of 14 days and 3 months after the therapy.3 days after the therapy，all patients’ serum CRP and SAA levels were significantly higher than which of
