生脉饮联合西药治疗气阴两虚型肺结核的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨生脉饮联合西药治疗气阴两虚型肺结核的临床效果。 方法 选取2014年1月～2015年6月本院收治的87例气阴两虚型肺结核患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（38例）和观察组（39例），两组均采用常规抗痨药物治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上口服谷维素，观察组在常规治疗的基础上口服生脉饮治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 观察组的总有效率、肺部病灶吸收有效率、涂阳阴转率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 生脉饮联合西药治疗气阴两虚型肺结核疗效确切，能够提高临床治疗总有效率及涂阳阴转率，促进肺部病灶吸收，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 肺结核；生脉饮；谷维素 　　[中图分类号] R521 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（b）-0161-03 　　Clinical effect of Shengmaiyin combined with western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis of Qi and Yin deficiency type 　　ZHANG Jun1 LI Hong-xiang2 ZHANG Wen-min3 　　1.Drug Storage，the Sixth People′s Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Privince，Dongguan 523000，China；2.Donghua Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Privince，Dongguan 523000，China；3.The Sixth People′s Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Privince，Dongguan 523000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shengmaiyin combined with western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis of Qi and Yin deficiency type. Methods 87 pulmonary tuberculosis patients of Qi and Yin deficiency type from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group （n=38） and the observation group （n=39） according to random number table method.Routine anti-tuberculosis drugs was given in the two groups.The control group was further given oral oryzanol on the basis of routine therapy，the observation group was further given oral Shengmaiyin on the basis of routine therapy.The therapy effect in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate，the effective rate of pulmonary lesion absorption and the conversion negative rate of smear-positive in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.
