经筋手法配合火针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨经筋手法配合火针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。 方法 选取2014年6月～2015年11月本院的120例颈型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（传统手法）、火针组、经筋组、经筋+火针组，各30例。比较各组的NPQ颈痛量表评分、McGill疼痛量表评分、Vernon颈部废用指数评分等及治疗效果。 结果 经筋+火针组的McGill疼痛评分、NPQ颈痛量表评分、Vernon颈椎废用指数评分显著低于治疗前及其他三组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。经筋+火针组的治愈率及总有效率显著高于对照组、火针组与经筋组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 经筋手法配合火针治疗颈型颈椎病效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 颈椎病；经筋手法+火针组；NPQ颈痛量表；McGill疼痛量表；Vernon颈部废用指数 　　[中图分类号] R681.5+3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（b）-0158-04 　　Clinical effect of Jingjin therapy combined with fire needle in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type 　　LIU Xiao-qiang JIN Xiao-fei 　　Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Taiyuan 030024，China 　　[Abstract] objective To explore the clinical effect of Jingjin therapy combined with fire needle in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type.
